Classifying clusters in our Wildfire Solution is important for you to keep an up-to-date status of events that take place within your monitored area or its surroundings.
There are two ways of submitting a classification for clusters:
Check on your Activity Feed and look for new events that have been detected lately. Then, select one of the events that have a red dot on the status column to visualize it on your interface. For this, please follow the path as Monitor → Activity Feed → Click on one of the new events → Click on the Fire Icon.
Click directly on one of the displayed clusters on your screen and within the Cluster Information View please click on Add new status or classification.
Cluster classifications are completed through the Incident Management function. Once you have initiated the classification process you will see the emerging tab named Incident Management. There you can submit detailed information related to the cluster event such as a name, status and classify the causes of the fire if known.
